About Blue Bonsai

Blue Bonsai was built by someone living with complex PTSD — for the ordinary days as much as the hard ones.

Most tools for stress and trauma are made to be opened in crisis, which is exactly when you have the least capacity to reach for them. This one is built the other way around: a small, calm place you can visit on a normal Tuesday, so the practices that help are already familiar when a harder day comes.

It comes from real use, not a whiteboard. The practices are grounded in how a nervous system actually settles — breath, the body, orienting — and the space asks nothing you can't give on a bad day: no streaks, no guilt, no "how are you feeling?" before you've even sat down. Just a quiet companion that notices your patterns and hands you the right kind of attention at the right moment.

To be clear about what it is: a companion, not a treatment. It doesn't replace a trauma-informed therapist or a crisis line — it's support for the in-between. If you're in crisis, help is always one tap away.

If you live with C-PTSD or something like it, this was made for you — by someone who needed it too. You're not alone in it.
